Church Room Usage Request - FCFC Group

  • FCFC Facility Use Policy

    Scheduling Events Requests for facility use may be made to by submitting this form. The event will be reserved and placed on the church calendar upon approval by the pastoral staff. Fees Use of church facilities is subject to an hourly fee (currently $25/hr with a 2 hour minimum) to cover the expense of opening, closing, cleaning and heating or cooling the facility. Facility Use Guidelines
    • If any of the children’s playgrounds are used, TWO ADULTS (18 years or older) must be present in the playground area supervising at all times. Be aware that FCFC facilities are under video surveillance.
    • Alcohol Policy: No alcohol may be served in church facilities.
    • Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in any indoor church facility.
    • Groups are restricted to only those areas of the facility that the group has reserved.
    • Church equipment, such as tables and chairs, must be returned to original placement, unless arranged otherwise prior to the event.
    • Abusive or foul language, violent behavior, and drug or alcohol abuse are strictly prohibited while using church facilities. Any person exhibiting such behavior will be required to leave the premise.

      Use of FCFC Facilities by Ministries of FCFC (led by Covenant Partners)
      Other than regularly scheduled services, priority for FCFC facility use goes to FCFC Ministries and Hubs. An Event Planner/Room Request form must be completed and submitted for approval. Completed forms may be turned in at the church office at either campus, or emailed to rory@fcf.net Acceptance of requests is based on availability, and is at the discretion of the pastoral staff.

      Please do not assume the facilities are available until you are notified by phone or email.The ministry leader signing the form is responsible for set-up, tear-down, and returning the rooms and equipment to the same or better condition as they were found. FCFC staff may assist at the event if available, and if requested in advance. If a sound system is needed, an FCFC approved tech must be used, and scheduled in advance.

      Use of FCFC Facilities for Covenant Partner Personal Events.
      If available, FCFC facilities may be used by Covenant Partners for personal events. An Event Planner/Room Request form must be completed and submitted for approval. Completed forms may be turned in at the church office at either campus, or emailed to rory@fcf.net Acceptance of requests is based on availability, and is at the discretion of the pastoral staff.Please do not assume the facilities are available until you are notified by phone or email.

      The Covenant Partner signing the form is responsible for set-up, tear-down, and returning the rooms and equipment to the same or better condition as they were found. FCFC staff must have minimal involvement in your event.  
  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN

    1) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE FACILITY AFTER YOUR EVENT.

    2) A $50 - $150 CLEANING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF THE FACILITY IS NOT LEFT IN THE SAME OR BETTER CONDITION AS YOU FOUND IT.
