FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

What's the difference between Good Friday and Easter on Friday?

At FCFC, we call it “Easter on Friday” instead of Good Friday. While both reflect the Easter story, our Friday event (April 18) is a full Easter celebration – with BBQ, kids’ activities, and Easter service celebrating both Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection, and a fun glow-in-the-dark egg hunt. It’s an exciting, family-focused experience that is open to everyone.

Can I attend both Easter on Friday and Easter on Sunday?

Absolutely! Many guests attend both events, just note that the service message will be the same. Friday offers a more activity-focused experience, while Sunday features a traditional service with coffee, donuts, and an Easter photo opportunity.

Is Faith Christian Family Church a good place for first-time visitors?

Yes! FCFC is a casual, welcoming church in Warrenton, MO. Whether it’s your first time at church or you’re returning after a break, you’ll be warmly welcomed. We’re glad you’re considering spending Easter with us.

What happens at an Easter church service?

Our Easter services include live music, a relevant message, and moments of reflection and celebration focused on the hope of new life in Jesus Christ. We honor Jesus’ resurrection in a way that is meaningful for all ages.

Can I pre-register my children for the Easter service kids ministry?

Yes! To make check-in quick and easy, we encourage you to pre-register your child online before Easter on Friday or Sunday. [Click here] to pre-register for our safe and exciting Easter Kids Ministry, available for children from birth through 5th grade during all Easter services.

What will my child do during the Easter service?

Your child will enjoy age-appropriate teaching, music, and fun Easter themed activities while learning about the love of Jesus in a safe and caring environment.

How do you keep kids safe during Easter services?

At FCFC, your children’s safety is one of our highest priorities. All of our kids ministry volunteers are background-checked, and we use a secure check-in and check-out system at every service. Our team is trained to create a safe, caring environment where your child is well looked after. We also have video cameras throughout our kids ministry areas for added security and peace of mind.

What ages are included in the kids ministry?

Our Kids Ministry is available for children from birth through 5th grade during all of our Easter services.
