    Facility Use Policy

    Request and Approval Process

    Submit this form to request facility use. Upon approval by the pastoral staff, the event will be reserved and added to the church calendar. You will be contacted with the approval decision within two weeks. Do not assume the facilities are available until you receive confirmation by phone or email. Approval is based on availability and is at the discretion of the pastoral staff.

    Fees

    Facility use is subject to a fee of $25 per hour (two-hour minimum).

    Priority of Use

    Other than regularly scheduled services, priority for facility use is given to FCFC Ministries led by Covenant Partners.

    Use by FCFC Ministries

    The ministry leader submitting this form is responsible for set-up, tear-down, and returning all rooms and equipment to the same or better condition as found. FCFC staff may assist if available and requested in advance. If a sound system is needed, an FCFC-approved technician must be used and scheduled in advance.

    Use for Covenant Partner Personal Events

    If available, FCFC facilities may be used by Covenant Partners for personal events. Events that require an entrance fee, or are held for the purpose of sales, soliciting clients, or soliciting donations will not be approved.

    The Covenant Partner submitting the form is responsible for set-up, tear-down, and cleaning. A cleaning fee of $50–$150 will be assessed if the facility is not left in the same or better condition as found.

    Facility Use Guidelines

    • If any children’s playgrounds are used, two adults (age 18 or older) must be present and supervising in the playground area at all times.
    • No alcohol may be served in church facilities.
    • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor church facilities.
    • Groups are restricted to only those areas of the facility that have been reserved.
    • Church equipment (including tables and chairs) must be returned to its original placement unless prior arrangements have been made.
    • Abusive or foul language, violent behavior, and drug or alcohol use is strictly prohibited. Any person exhibiting such behavior will be required to leave the premises.
    • FCFC staff involvement at your event must remain minimal.
    • FCFC facilities are under video surveillance.
