Easter
FAQ’S
Is there something for my kids?
FCFC Kids will have Easter experiences for children from birth through 5th grade at every service. Kids will enjoy fun activities, meaningful moments, and learning about the love of Jesus in a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate environment while parents attend the main service with confidence.
How do you keep kids safe during Easter services?
At FCFC, your children’s safety is one of our highest priorities. All of our kids ministry volunteers are background-checked, and we use a secure check-in and check-out system at every service. Our team is trained to create a safe, caring environment where your child is well looked after. We also have video monitoring throughout our kids ministry areas for added security and peace of mind.
Can my kids attend the main service instead?
Absolutely! You’re always welcome to sit together in the main service and have a designated Family Section available. We just ask that if your child gets a little noisy, you quietly step out and take advantage of our Family Room so we can keep the room as distraction-free as possible for everyone.
Do you have anything for my teenagers?
Our youth ministry, FCFC Youth, serves students in 6th–12th grade and meets weekly on Wednesday nights with food, games, worship, and a powerful message. On Sundays, students typically join the main service for worship before moving to their own youth lesson that follows the same message, shared in a way designed for their age and stage of life. For Easter weekend services, we encourage students to attend with their families or serve on a team to help create a great experience for others.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving about 20 minutes before your service starts. This gives you time to park, grab a drink, and get comfortably settled in.
What's the difference between Good Friday and Easter on Friday?
At FCFC, we call it “Easter on Friday” instead of Good Friday. While both reflect the Easter Story, our Friday event (April 3) is a full Easter celebration with BBQ, kids’ activities, an Easter service celebrating both Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection, and a a fun glow-in-the-dark egg hunt. It’s an exciting, family-friendly experience that is open to everyone.
Can I attend both Easter on Friday and Easter Sunday?
Absolutely! Many guests attend both events, just note that the service message will be the same. Friday offers a more activity-focused experience, while Sunday features a traditional service with coffee, donuts, and an Easter photo opportunity.
